Common reason parcels are returned
- Incomplete delivery address
- Not collected from Post Office within 14 business days
Return to sender parcels incur a $10 return to sender fee and you will also be required to pay for an additional postage fee to have the parcel re-shipped.
If a parcel is returned to us and we are unsuccessful in getting in touch, your order will be refunded less shipping and return to sender fees after 14 days of our first contact.
